           PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Private personal training fitness program helps clients build healthy, lean and attractive bodies by exercising with a personal trainer in two or three one-hour sessions per week. To make the fastest progress, clients  usually arrive 30 minutes before (or stay 30 minutes after) their session to do prescribed cardiovascular exercise. Progress is assessed weekly.

We design a case specific nutrition plan just for you. Something very easy for you to follow catered to your daily life and schedule, allowing you to eat most of your favorite foods but focus on using food to burn fat. We also design a cardiovascular program to assure that every time you step foot into the gym you are only burning away fat, not muscle. We will teach you how to use free weights and natural movements to sculpt the body you have into the body you want.

           SPORT PERFORMANCE PROGRAMS 

 

This program is designed to take the already fit participant to the next level. It is a very intense program working the entire body in all areas: strength, power, speed, agility, balance, explosiveness, endurance and muscular endurance all in a short period of time designed in 4 stages.
