“I was selected by the San Diego Padres in MLB draft . I got the opportunity to train with Rashaud for the pre-season of my last season of college baseball. We worked on my strength and speed through a variety of measures that were intense but paid off tremendously. I dropped my 60 yard dash time a couple of points which helped me lead the nation in stolen bases. I have a new found respect for working hard and recently the results have shown in a big way. I currently am in the rookie ball league for the organization but continue to work hard. Upon returning to Raleigh, NC, I plan on training with my friend and trainer Rashaud. I wish him nothing but the best and I can not thank him enough for helping me reach where I am today. Thank you for everything and I hope to see you and train again for spring training. “I joined a small group of my co-workers to cross-train with Rashaud Palmer in January. Originally I joined the group because just like most, I wanted to slim down to a size of years long gone. I had been walking on a treadmill at home and really thought that joining the class would give me about the same "calorie burning time" as the treadmill, with the added benefit of social time with my co-workers. I was so wrong! Before working out with Rashaud I really didn't realize how little I was working out on my own. I could have worked on that treadmill for years and not seen the results that I have seen after cross-training with Rashaud for a few months!

I truly feel like this class has changed the way that I look at fitness in my life. I see it now as a necessary part of life instead of something that I will try to fit in my schedule - if I have the time. I like the way working out makes me look but more importantly I like the way it makes me feel - and this is the first time in my life that I have ever had this outlook on fitness!"
